Pumpkin Bread

Here is a great recipe for pumpkin bread. It is not too sweet - just right for breakfast.

1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1/2 + 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 + 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 cups sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 1 loaf pan and 1 muffin pan

Mix all dry ingredients except sugar together
Mix all wet ingredients plus sugar
Combine all ingredients

Pour into muffin pans and loaf pan - only 1/3 full each.
